What happens after you install?
This is the standard we require before publishing a plugin: control when you start, continuity when you update and clear ownership when something goes wrong.
You stay in control.
Safe defaults, understandable settings and a way to check what will be active before it reaches your customers.
Updating does not mean starting over.
Settings are preserved, compatibility is stated and every relevant change is explained.
If something fails, you are not left guessing.
We aim to preserve the safest possible state and provide diagnostics and email support within the published scope.

How do I know whether a plugin fits my store?
Each product page publishes its requirements and the compatibility we have verified with relevant WordPress and WooCommerce versions and environments. Anything we have not tested is not presented as compatible. Untested configurations are outside the stated compatibility scope.
What does support include?
Support is asynchronous and provided by email. Free includes documentation, diagnostics and updates; we handle reproducible bugs and security reports by email. An active Pro license adds individual troubleshooting within the published compatibility scope. We aim to provide a first response within two business days; this is not a resolution deadline. Support does not include calls, chat, access to your store or custom development.
What happens when I update a plugin?
Settings are preserved and required migrations are automated. Every release explains what changed, who it affects and whether you need to take action; stated compatibility is checked before release.
What happens if I do not renew a Pro licence?
Your installed Pro edition keeps working. When the paid period ends, ordinary downloads and updates and the support included with your license end. Releases we publish and classify as security fixes for your product remain available, even without renewal. This does not mean maintaining older versions indefinitely or committing to unlimited patches.
What data leaves my store?
The plugins do not send product telemetry. Free works without depending on our platform. Refunds are processed through the payment gateway configured in WooCommerce. Pro only communicates with our services when needed for account, licensing, security, support and updates. These services do not receive your orders, customer data, carts or store content. We do process the minimum data needed for your account and commercial relationship; providers may process technical metadata to route and protect those communications.
